GWANGGYO / DIRECT HIRE: Homeroom Teachers

ASP Gwanggyo is seeking passionate and energetic full-time teachers for our Kinder and Elementary teams.

We’re looking for a teacher who:

• is creative, personable, gregarious, and energetic
• is a quick-thinking problem-solver
• can understand the children's needs, while also being able to push them to think critically and creatively 
• is independent, doesn't need much guidance, and is a self-starter 
• genuinely loves teaching 
• is currently located in Korea and has at least 2 years of teaching experience in Korea [this is non-negotiable]

*Required Qualifications: 

• Native English Speaker
• BA/BS from a 4-year university in the US or Canada
• A degree in a field related to education OR a teaching degree is a plus [higher starting salary]

Starting Date: July or August, 2026 [may vary depending on training period]

Work Hours:

• Kinder: 9am - 6pm
• Elementary: 9:30am - 6:30pm

Salary:

• starting at 2.5 - 3.2 million KRW/month (negotiable)

Benefits: 

• 20 days of paid vacation (2 weeks in winter, 1 week in spring, 1 week in summer) 
  + ALL Korean holidays and temporary holidays
• Medical insurance, pension, and severance (given after the completion of the contract) 
• Housing or housing allowance (depending on what you need) 
• Located in the suburbs (30 minutes away from Gangnam, but with all of the perks of city-living without the noise and traffic)
