YBM PINE Division schools offers great working conditions and compensations

*Very competitive salaries such as 2.70 to 3.40 million won for non-housing contracts

*Provided single housing contracts – YBM PINE schools offers 2.30-3.00 million won per month

*Blocked hours for the entire year 9:00 am – 4:30 pm or 9:00 am to - 5:30 pm (GATE schools) Mon to Fri only

*Full compliance with Korean Government Medical Insurance, Korean Pension Tax and Severance pay

Fantastic Vacation Days: All YBM PINE division schools such as PSA, GATE, AppleTree and Learning share the same calendar system. We only offer 19 teaching days per session month compared to most ESL schools that operates 20-21 teaching days per session month.  We adopted our system to ensure that all of our teachers & staff members receive their full vacations/holiday without asking for permission from their schools.

The vacation dates for the new March 2021 to Feb 2022 school year is listed here*(Due to Covid-19 dates can be altered) 

Summer Break 7.23 - 8.02 (7 consecutive weekdays + weekends) No class from July 23 and return back to work on August 3rd 2021

Winter Break 12.23 - 1.02 (7 consecutive weekdays + holiday & weekends) No class from Dec 23rd and return back to work on Jan 3rd 2022

All Korean National holidays off and no weekend work.  We have also scheduled 7 prep days (May 3rd & May 4th , Jun 7th, Aug 16th, Oct 4th, Oct 11th & Nov 5th ) that could possibly become additional free vacation days.

No reduction of salary and no makeup days for having all vacation, holidays off as all of these dates are preplanned into our calendar

YBM PSA: Actual Working Hrs. are 9:00 am to 4:30 pm-Able to leave at this time year round

Teaching high level & attentive young kinder & some early-elementary age students

*Salary 2.3 to 2.7 million won + housing (9:30 am to 4:30 pm teaching hours all year-round)

*Salary 2.70 to 3.15 million won without provided housing option (Applicant can choose)

Most positions are homeroom classroom to 5yr, 6yr & 7yr Korean ages

A few positons are the non-homeroom special subject teachers to all ages

YBM GATE: Actual Working Hrs. are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Able to leave at this time year round)

Teaching highly gifted talented young children who speak in complete sentences and comprehend

English fluently. 

Most positions are homeroom classroom positions to 5yr, 6yr & 7yr Korean ages.

Each GATE location also employees the following special subject non-homeroom teachers

Music/drama special subject teacher with own unique classroom

Science special subject teacher with own unique classroom

Art special subject teacher with own unique classroom

Social studies special subject teacher with own unique classroom

*Salary 2.40 to 3.00 million won + housing (9:45 am - 5:00-5:30 pm teaching hours all year round)

*Salary 2.80 to 3.40 million won without provided housing option (Applicant can choose)

YBM AppleTree & YBM Learning: Actual Working Hrs. are 9:00 am to 4:30 pm (Able to leave at this time year round)

All positions are non-homeroom special English teacher positions catering to nursery ages up to Korean kindergarten ages teaching only 5 to 8 thirty-min classes such as arts & crafts, phonics, storybook reading, sing-a-long and ESL.

*Salary is 2.30 to 2.60 + housing (9:30 am - 4:20 pm teaching hours all year round)

*Salary 2.70 to 3.05 million won without provided housing option (Applicant can choose)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Native English Speaker with E2/D10/F-series visa status or documents for E2 visa sponsorship
• F-series visa applicants must have documents for registration with the education office
