Children’s Musical Company (IanSchool) was founded in 2002 and has two branches in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.

Children’s Musical Company provides a positive and friendly working environment. We also support teachers who desire to grow their careers further into management positions.

OPEN POSITIONS: 

Title: Homeroom Teacher (Kindergarten / AfterSchool / Elementary)

Start Date: First week of AUGUST, 2021.

Qualification Requirements:
-  Native English Speakers.
-  Individuals who love working with children.
-  Individuals who understand and encourage children's development.
-  Obtained at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
-  Teachers with TESOL / TEFL certificates.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working with children (aged 5 to 9 years old).
-  Curriculum development experience.
-  An Early Childhood Education Degree or a TESOL Certificate.

Working Conditions & Working Environment:
- 12 month contract periods.
-  Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:50 (1 hour for lunch).
-  Teaching hours: 25-28 hours (weekly).
-  Severance pay upon the completion of a 1-year contract.
-  National Health Insurance (50%).
-  One-way airfare provided.
-  Monthly contribution to the National Pension Fund.
-  Couples are welcome.
-  Furnished housing (if housing is not taken, a 300 kRW monthly housing allowance is paid instead)
-  Lunch is provided (only Dongtan Branch).
-  Paid vacation: 11 days (first year), 15days (second year).

Class size:
Twelve students per class with a Korean co-teacher.

Salary:
-  2.1~2.5 million KRW (to be decided after the interviews).
